RFI terms

This is a request for information only

The RFI is for information and planning purposes only. It is not a request for proposals, a grant application, a solicitation or an offer of any kind. Responding does not create a contract or any other obligation, for you or for Psyrin.

No commitment to launch a fund

Psyrin has not decided whether to launch a fund. Psyrin may change, pause or end the RFI, or any related plans, at any time and for any reason, without notice. Nothing on the site is a promise of funding, of any amount or of any timeline.

Responding gives no advantage

Responding, or not responding, has no effect on eligibility for, or priority in, any future program. If Psyrin launches a program, it will have its own terms and eligibility rules.

No payment

You are not paid for responding, and you are responsible for your own costs.

Not tied to Psyrin products

Nothing about the RFI depends on, or is intended to encourage, buying or using any Psyrin product or service. You don't need to be a Psyrin customer to respond.

Who runs the BH Future Fund

The BH Future Fund is a program of Psyrin Inc., a for-profit company that sells AI products to behavioral health providers. The BH Future Fund is not a separate legal entity, a charity or an investment fund, and it does not accept investments or donations.

How we use your response

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting a response, you give Psyrin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, copy, analyze and adapt it to:

• evaluate and design a possible fund
• research how AI is used in behavioral health
• inform Psyrin's products and services
• publish aggregated, de-identified findings

We won't name you without permission

Psyrin won't publish an individual response, or name you or your organization in connection with a response, without your permission.

Please don't send confidential information

Please don't submit anything you consider confidential, proprietary or a trade secret. Psyrin handles responses as described in the privacy notice, but does not accept any confidentiality obligation beyond it.

No patient information

Don't include protected health information or anything that could identify a client or patient, including records covered by 42 CFR Part 2. Psyrin is not receiving responses as a business associate of any covered entity. If we find patient information in a response, we delete it.

Your responsibilities

When you respond, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you're allowed to share it, including on behalf of your organization if you respond for one.

If you work for a government agency or other public entity, you're responsible for making sure your response follows any ethics, gift or procurement rules that apply to you.

By responding or signing up for updates, you agree that Psyrin Inc. may contact you about your response, the BH Future Fund, and Psyrin's products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing hello@bhfuturefund.com.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by submitting false information, trying to disrupt it or accessing it in unauthorized ways.

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Psyrin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the RFI or your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to responses submitted after that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
