Who we are

What we collect

• What you enter in the RFI: your name, work email, organization, state, role and your answers.
• What you enter to get updates: your email and, if you choose, your name and organization.
• Technical information needed to protect the site from spam and abuse, such as your IP address and browser signals. Cloudflare Turnstile processes this to check that you're a person. We don't store IP addresses in our database.

How we use it

• to review and analyze responses
• to decide whether and how to design a possible fund
• to research how AI is used in behavioral health
• to inform Psyrin's products and services
• to contact you about your response, the BH Future Fund, and Psyrin's products and services
• to publish aggregated findings that don't identify you or your organization
• to protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you, and only for those purposes:

• Netlify, which hosts the site
• Supabase, which hosts our database
• Resend, which sends our internal notification emails
• Cloudflare, which protects the site from spam
• Mailchimp, which sends our emails to you
• AI tools that help us analyze responses

We may also share information if the law requires it, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or with your permission.

We don't sell your information

We don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep RFI responses for up to 3 years from the date you submit them, then delete or de-identify them. We keep your email on our contact lists until you unsubscribe. We may keep aggregated, de-identified findings indefinitely.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing privacy@psyrin.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and we will respond as the law requires.

No patient information

This site isn't designed to collect health information about individuals. Please don't include patient names or anything that could identify a client. If we find patient information in a response, we delete it.

Cookies

We don't use cookies for analytics or advertising. Cloudflare Turnstile may store limited technical data in your browser to check that you're a person.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and limiting access to Psyrin staff who need it.

In the United States.

Children

The site is for professionals and isn't directed at anyone under 18.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
